EFFICIENCY: It is refers to the act of performing activities with minimum wastage of time and optimum usage of resources. so that the work done is faster and in error free manner.
After reading, you would know that they are different from each other but they are dependent on each other. Therefore, in managemant, you have to make balance between other. If you focus on effectiveness you would not achieve what you want to achieve and if you focus on efficiency, you would not achieve what you want to achieve.
