CO-ORDINATION

CO-ORDINATION: The process of organising people or groups so that they work properly and well.

  • Importance of "CO- ORDINATION"

It minimizes the conflicts, rivalries and ended, wastages, delays, indifferences and other organisational problems. It insures smooth function of organisation. Hence, with the help of co- ordination an organisation can fulfil its objective promptly.

  • CO- ORDINATION IS ESSENCE OF MANAGEMENT
It is considered the soul of management, as it helps in achieving the goal through harmony and discipline of both individuals and groups. Though occasionally co- ordination might not be reffered to as managerial function, it is the essence of management.

"In the business we have to work with co-ordination. For this is the essence of management, you cannot achieve what you want to achieve in business without it . In my words,"Business goals would be achieve or not it totally depends on quality of  management and management depends on co-ordination"."
